Yes! Otto House offers a simple venue hire option for small-scale events like work meetings, networking sessions, acoustic live music, and private daytime gatherings. Availability depends on the duration and setup required. Contact us for more details!

"How do I book and make a payment for venue hire?"

Once your event date and details are confirmed, we will send you an invoice to secure the booking. The invoice is payable upon receipt, and we prefer bank transfers for easy tracking by both parties. You’ll find our bank details at the bottom of the invoice.

☆Important: Your booking is not secured until the full hiring fee is paid in advance. Please inform us once the payment is made so we can finalise your reservation.

Our minimum age requirement is 24 years old for any venue hire. We do not accept bookings for celebrations where the host is under 24, as there may be under-18 guests present.

🚨 Strict ID Policy: Our team follows strict regulations regarding alcohol service. If any guest appears under 25, our staff may request valid ID confirmation. Failure to provide proof of age will result in that guest being asked to leave the venue.

These measures ensure a safe and responsible environment for all our guests.

Yes, under-18s are allowed at your event. However, we strictly do not serve alcohol to minors, and adults cannot purchase alcohol on their behalf.

Alcohol consumption by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited on our premises. Any violation of this rule may result in individuals being asked to leave the venue.

Outside alcohol is prohibited unless your event is specifically for wine tasting, new alcoholic beverage introductions, or similar industry-related events (subject to prior approval).

If any unauthorised alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are found, they will be confiscated, and the individual(s) responsible may be asked to leave the premises.

We strictly enforce this policy to maintain compliance with our licensing regulations.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund – If you cancel at least 6 weeks before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your hiring fee.

No Refund – If you cancel within 6 weeks of your event, we cannot issue a refund, as the venue is exclusively reserved for your private event, preventing other bookings.

If you need to reschedule instead of cancelling, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
