- Custom print orders may take 5-10 business days depending on order volume.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Local Pickup (Bournemouth, UK)
- Free local pickup is available at Otto House Coffee, Winton.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
- Pickup hours: Mon-Fri: 9 AM - 5 PM | Sat-Sun: 10 AM - 4 PM.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the courier.
- For missing or delayed parcels, please contact Royal Mail / DHL / Your local courier first.
5. International Shipping & Customs
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or lower declared values.
