We specialise in high-quality printing for brands, with a minimum order requirement of 20 units for up to two colours or 50 units for designs featuring more than three colours.

We don’t offer single-unit prints but provide pre-production samples for bulk orders if needed.

Print-on-Demand (POD) sounds great in theory, but in reality, it often comes with low-quality prints, limited branding options, and lower profit margins. What file formats do you accept?

We prefer vector files for the best quality prints:

AI or EPS – Convert text to outlines before sending.

PDF, JPEG, or TIF – Must be 300dpi with colours on separate layers and designed at the correct print size.

What are the minimum print size requirements?

To ensure your design prints clearly:

Minimum font size: 12pt for readable text

Minimum line width: 1pt

What are the maximum print sizes for different placements?

Chest: up to 34cm x 43cm

Back: up to 34cm x 44cm

Inside Neck: up to 9cm x 10cm

Sleeves: up to 12cm x 15cm

Do I need to specify Pantone colours?

✔ Yes, we recommend Pantone Uncoated colour numbers for accurate colour matching. We’re happy to assist if you need help choosing the best colours.

Will you print any artwork?

We will never print copyrighted or trademarked artwork without permission.

Your artwork is safe with us – we won’t print it without your consent.

Need help preparing your artwork?

We can assist with vectorising, colour separations, and general artwork adjustments to ensure your design looks its best when printed. Just get in touch.

We specialise in screen printing using water-based and discharge inks for a soft, premium feel. We also offer puff ink and speciality finishes.

We offer a selection of high-quality, ethically sourced blank garments, but you can also supply your own if they meet our printing requirements.

Standard turnaround is 15 working days, depending on order size and complexity. We recommend placing orders in advance to meet your deadlines.

We print best on cotton and cotton-blend garments. Certain materials (e.g., polyester) require special techniques—contact us for guidance!

Yes! We review and optimise your artwork to ensure the best print results. If needed, we can assist with adjustments or vectorising designs. 

We provide inside-neck printing, woven labels, hang tags, and custom packaging to elevate your brand.

Yes, as long as the same design is printed on all items and the total meets our MOQ. Different print sizes or placements may require separate setups.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We take quality seriously, and if there’s an issue with your order, we want to fix it. If you notice any faults, please contact us in writing via email within 3 days of receiving your goods at print@ottohouse.co.uk.

Do You Offer Refunds or Reprints?

✔ If the fault is ours, we’ll offer a refund, credit, or reprint.

✔ If your order has more than 10 faulty items, we provide a reprint within 2 weeks.

✔ If you paid for the return and the fault is confirmed, we’ll reimburse the delivery cost.
