We specialise in high-quality printing for brands, with a minimum order requirement of 20 units for up to two colours or 50 units for designs featuring more than three colours.
We don’t offer single-unit prints but provide pre-production samples for bulk orders if needed.

What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files for the best quality prints:
✔ AI or EPS – Convert text to outlines before sending.
✔ PDF, JPEG, or TIF – Must be 300dpi with colours on separate layers and designed at the correct print size.
What are the minimum print size requirements?
To ensure your design prints clearly:
✔ Minimum font size: 12pt for readable text
✔ Minimum line width: 1pt
What are the maximum print sizes for different placements?
✔ Chest: up to 34cm x 43cm
✔ Back: up to 34cm x 44cm
✔ Inside Neck: up to 9cm x 10cm
✔ Sleeves: up to 12cm x 15cm

Do I need to specify Pantone colours?

We take quality seriously, and if there’s an issue with your order, we want to fix it. If you notice any faults, please contact us in writing via email within 3 days of receiving your goods at print@ottohouse.co.uk.
